This Return Policy applies exclusively to products purchased only directly from Seacret Spa at http://www.seacretspa.com
Purchases from Independent Resellers
Please note that Seacret Spa is not responsible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or any other customer service issues concerning products purchased from Independent Resellers. Independent Resellers operate independently and have their own policies regarding prices, warranties, returns, and exchanges. Customers who purchase from these locations should contact the respective reseller directly for assistance.
Eligible Returns
If you are unsatisfied with an unused product purchased directly from Seacret Spa, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be in their original, unopened condition and packaging. Please include all paperwork received with your package.
Returnable Products:
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Opened or used products are non-returnable due to the cosmetic nature of Seacret Spa products.
Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please have your Order Number ready, as it will be verified as a Seacret Spa purchase.
2. Receive and Print Return Label: Once your return is approved, we will issue a return label via email. Please note that you will need to print this label and affix it to the return package.
3. Drop Off: Please drop off the package at your nearest USPS service center based on your chosen carrier.
Important Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to Seacret Spa error (e.g., incorrect or damaged product received).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your online or phone order from Seacret Spa arrived damaged or contained incorrect items, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. We will request a photo of the damage or incorrect item to process your return or exchange promptly.
Refunds & Processing Time
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5 Business days after your return has been received and verified. Please be aware that your financial institution may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
